Outvoicer pricing plans: which one to choose?
Whether you're self-employed, a freelancer or a business owner, choosing the right plan starts with two things: your invoice volume and the features you really need.
Outvoicer offers five pricing plans — from a free option to plans for businesses with a larger invoice volume.
Prices exclude VAT. The pricing page shows savings of up to 17% with a yearly subscription. See the Outvoicer pricing page for current terms.
Which plan fits your needs?
If you issue only a few invoices a month
If you're self-employed or just starting your business, the Free or Starter plan may be enough. There's no need to pay for a larger invoice volume you don't use.
If you invoice regularly
If you have several clients and invoicing is a monthly routine, take a look at the Professional plan. It offers 20 invoices per month for one user and API access*, which can be useful if you want to connect Outvoicer with other systems.
*API access — the ability to connect Outvoicer with other systems and automate data exchange, tailoring invoicing to your business needs.
If your invoice volume keeps growing
If you issue invoices at a larger volume, consider the Business or Enterprise plan. They offer 50 and 100 invoices per month respectively, plus API access.
If you need an even larger invoice volume, more users or a custom integration, contact the Outvoicer team to find the best solution.
Is the lowest price always the best deal?
Not necessarily! When choosing an e-invoicing platform, consider not only the subscription price but also the number of users and your invoice volume.
Outvoicer plans are built in steps per user.
- Starter: 1 step = 5 invoices per month; 1 user
- Professional: 1 step = 20 invoices per month; 1 user
For example, on the Professional plan: 1 step = 20 invoices per month; 1 user = €5 + VAT per month.
If you need 2 users, that would be 2 steps: 2 steps = 2 users; 40 invoices per month = €10 + VAT per month.
If your invoice count tends to vary, a monthly plan is more convenient than committing to a yearly subscription straight away!
One more detail: once you move to a paid plan, you can't return to the Free plan. If you're a seasonal business and won't use your account for a while, don't worry — we won't send you invoices! If you're still unsure, contact the Outvoicer team.
