Are e-invoices sent through Outvoicer submitted to Latvia’s State Revenue Service (VID)?

Yes, you don’t need to worry about this if you send e-invoices through Outvoicer. Our e-invoicing operator Fitek automatically submits the data from these e-invoices to VID. You do not need to submit it separately.

Since 1 January 2026, structured e-invoice data for transactions involving public sector institutions in Latvia (B2G, G2B and G2G) must be submitted to the State Revenue Service (VID).
