What happens if I exceed the monthly invoice limit of my annual plan?

We won’t restrict your access to Outvoicer! You can continue creating and sending invoices without interruption. If you exceed your monthly limit, we’ll add an extra plan tier and issue a separate invoice at the end of the month.

Example: Company X has the Professional annual plan (20 invoices per month, 1 user, €50 + VAT per year).

In April, the company issues 25 invoices, exceeding its 20-invoice limit.

At the end of April, Outvoicer issues an additional invoice of €5 + VAT for one extra Professional plan tier (+20 invoices).

This means the company can issue up to 40 invoices in April without changing its annual subscription.
